Exhibition Overview: This exhibition was founded in 2004 and is held once a year. It is the largest food industry trade exhibition in Southeast Asia and the fourth largest in the world, and also a "barometer" of the Asian food industry. The 2025 exhibition attracted 3200 companies from 56 countries, with a total exhibition space of 6200. The total number of visitors and buyers exceeded 90000, and the total transaction volume was about 98 billion Thai baht. The exhibition covers a wide range of categories including fresh and agricultural products, processed foods, beverages, halal foods, organic and healthy foods, as well as exhibition areas for food processing technology and equipment, supporting services and solutions. At the same time, themed forums, industry summits, innovative product evaluations, and the Thailand Ultimate Chef Challenge will also be held.
